Trump Admin Fights Back as Judge Blocks Kilmer Abrego Garcia Deportation

The Trump administration is facing pushback from a federal judge after attempting to deport Kilmer Abrego Garcia, a man charged with human smuggling. Despite no warrant for his original arrest, Garcia was returned to the U.S. after being held in El Salvador, and now liberal judges are stepping in to halt his removal.
