Bobby Eberle on One America News - FISA Vote and Warrantless Searches -

House Speaker Mike Johnson was dealt a setback in the vote to reauthorize FISA provisions that would continue to allow the intelligence community to spy on American citizens. Johnson pushed for reauthorization, but several House members stood their ground, saying that warrantless searches are wrong, and the bill should be fixed.

Section 702 of FISA covers the searches that have clearly been used to target former President Trump and others.
